At Stay2Book, we believe in working with agents who bring value, authenticity, and good vibes to their audience. These guidelines keep things simple, fair, and focused on positive engagement.

Policy

Agent Eligibility

• Agents must be 18+ and active on at least one social media platform.
• Must have valid bank account for commission payout.

Registration & Approval

• Register through our official Agent Portal and get your personalized Agent ID.
• All agent applications are subject to review and approval by Stay2Book.
• Stay2Book reserves the right to reject or revoke agent status at any time.

Agent Code of Conduct

• Stay honest and respectful in all promotions — no misleading claims or over-promises.
• Protect customer data and respect personal boundaries.
• Keep content clean and welcoming for all audiences.
• Agents must act ethically and respectfully in all communications.
• Do not impersonate Stay2Book or make false guarantees to customers.

Agent ID Usage

• Each agent will be provided with a unique Agent ID.
• Customers must enter the correct Agent ID at the time of booking for tracking and commission purposes.

Discount Integrity

• Your Agent ID unlocks exclusive discounts for your followers.
• Do not misuse or duplicate Agent IDs — it may lead to suspension.

Marketing & Promotion

• Assignments can be done part-time or full-time, it depends on your wishes.
• You can do tasks online or offline, depending on your convenience.
• Agents are encouraged to promote Stay2Book listings by sharing posts or creating your own content on personal accounts or groups on any social media platform.
• False claims, misleading information, or offensive content in promotions are strictly prohibited.
• We’re not responsible for content created or agent activity outside our platform.

Content Use

• Share only verified Stay2Book listings, and keep links authentic.
• Our images and content are yours to share for Stay2Book promotions only.
• Use our visuals only to support Stay2Book promotions — not for other business uses.
• Repurposing content outside the program isn't permitted.

Suspensions & Violations

• If an agent's account violates the spirit or rules of the program, we may suspend or ban the account without notice.
• Misuse that causes harm or confusion can lead to forfeited commissions.

Terms & Conditions 

Commission & Earnings

• Commissions are only paid for successful and completed bookings made through the official Stay2Book platform with the correct Agent ID.
• Earn commission on every booking made with your Agent ID — no hidden fees.
• Payout requests are only paid to agents who have verified their accounts - payout payments will not be released until the agent verifies your account.
• When making a payout payment request, please ensure that the NAME of the bank account holder is the same as the name on your agent account profile - if the data is different or conflicting, the payout payment cannot be processed.
• 2% commission for every successful booking with your ID - Per night (Accommodation) / Per package (Tour package).
• We are not responsible for customer bookings or payments made outside of our official platform.

Commission Payment

• Your sales and commission statistics can be checked through your account dashboard.
• Please communicate with our 'Support team' for your payout payment request, once your amount reaches the minimum payout (e.g., RM100) - The amount below will be carried over.
• Payout payments will be paid by transfer to a bank account.

Tracking of Sales

• Stay2Book tracks bookings using the Agent ID entered by the customer during booking.
• Stay2Book is not responsible for failed commissions due to incorrect or missing Agent IDs.
• We are not responsible for customer bookings or payments made outside of our official platform.

No Exclusivity or Employment

• Agents are independent promoters and not official employees of Stay2Book.
• This program does not establish any form of partnership, agency, or joint venture.
• You can opt out anytime. We may also deactivate inactive accounts or those that don’t comply.

Prohibited Activities

• Use of fake or fraudulent bookings is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination without notice.
• Agents are not permitted and may not use keywords or brands directly related to Stay2Book (e.g., “Stay2Book Official”).

Changes to Program

• Stay2Book reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Agent Program at any time, with or without prior notice.

Account Termination

• Stay2Book reserves the right to suspend or terminate agent accounts found violating any terms or policies.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes related to commissions or program participation will be reviewed by Stay2Book and decisions will be final.

Disclaimer

• We 'Stay2Book' are NOT travel agents.
• We 'Stay2Book' are an online platform / website / APK for searching and booking accommodation and tour packages online.

• If agents have any questions or need assistance, you are advised to contact and communicate with our support team.
